He is survived by: his children, Herb Inscoe (Charles), Sheila Gwinn, Ronnie Inscoe, Charo Kirk (James) and Heather Black; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Mae, Herb, Bobby, Candice, Zach, Elijah and Jacob. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
