She was predeceased by: her husband Curtiss Pinson; her parents, Harvey Ross and Della Belcher Ross; her siblings, Violetta Ross, Evelyn Asbury, Letha Blankenship, Gladys June Adams, Magdalena Ross, Ellis and Basil Ross; and her son Anthony Mitchell.

She is survived by: her sister Bernice Mitchell of Huntington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
