He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Proctor; his sister-in-law Josephine Hatfield of Mansfield, Ohio; his niece Stefanie Hatfield Salzmann of Sterling, VA; his brother-in-law Jim Michel of Huntington; his friend Tammy Stewart of Huntington; Shirley Lusk of Westbrook, CT and Lesley Lusk Byrne of Glastonbury, CT.
