He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law David Pratt of Ona; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Kerry Blake of Huntington; his sister Sandra; his brother-in-law Glenn Spencer of Huntington, WV; his sister Sherry Lynn Hatfield of Milton, WV; his grandchildren, Blake Pratt, Hunter Pratt, Chase Pratt, Maddy Pratt, Cali Casto (Richard) and Abbi Blake; and his friend Gabby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
