With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Raines of Huntington, West Virginia, born in Ceredo, West Virginia, who passed away on September 8, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Raines and Lois Davis Raines; his son Christopher Raines; his brother Russell Raines; and his brother-in-law George Beldon.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Beldon Raines; his children, Chad Raines, Matthew Raines and Susan Raines Durham (Travis); his sister-in-law Caroline Beldon; his daughter-in-law Shellie Sommerson; and his pet Elroy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
