He is survived by: his son Carey Ray "Chase" Ratcliff of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Ellie Nichole Ratcliff and Gunner Ray Ratcliff; his daughter Bianca "Nikki" Ratcliff Porter; his grandchildren, Courtlyn Porter, Mac Porter and Eli Porter; and his former wife Tammy Ward of Chesapeake, OH.
