He is survived by: his parents, David Spurlock and Alah Spurlock; his son Briar; his granddaughter Delilah; his siblings, Amie, Jeremy and Jacob; his nieces, Hannah, Hayley and Emma; and his nephew Hunter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends.
