He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Day and Fern Day. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his sister Carrie Rider; his former wife Dani; his daughters, Stacey Day, Cristen Adkins and Destiny Delapa; his grandchildren, Sara Chapman, Chase Day, Ethan Pyles, Chloe Pyles, Emily Adkins (Devin), Carson Adkins Brody Adkins and Madeline Delapa; his mother-in-law Joan Cartmill; his sister-in-law Susan Beckett (Mark Ray); his nephew Grant Beckett; and his pets, Harry, Sally and Clive.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary (328 6th Ave, Huntington, WV 25701).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Little Victories, the Cabell-Wayne Animal Shelter, or One By One Animal Advocates.
