She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Napier and Georgia Adkins Napier; her husband Orville McCloud; her son Charles McCloud; her sisters, Ida Gray, Virginia McCloud and Dolly Napier; and her half-siblings, Mosey Harmon, Pete Napier and Haynie.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Belcher (John), Orville Jr., Teresa McCloud (Denise), Bertha Napier (Dennis), Carolyn Maynard (James) and Cindy Brumfield. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and numberous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Chapel (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Docks Creek Cemetery.
