He is survived by: his children, Jim Fields (Laurie), Cathy Leichner (Fritz), John Fields (Cheryl) and Lori Jude (David); his siblings, Ida Napier, Sue Seicrist (Tom) and Steve Fields (Judy); and his great grandchildren, Corey Kinney, Laura Danielle Thompson, Cameron Leaver (Eli), Paige Leaver (Clark), Michael Heath Fields, Chase Marcum, Gabbie Comfort (Isla Brynn), Ashley Fields (Xander), Jessie Fields, Amy Jude and Ben Jude. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
