With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Damon Forrest Young (Huntington, West Virginia), who passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James R. Young; and his siblings, Margaret Elenore Hodge, Effie Young Jarrell, Edith Young Frye, Ruth Young Midkiff, Ione Young Adkins, John Delmer Young (Dell), Earl R. Young and Benny Young.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Naomi "Chris" Napier, Eileen Partlow, Alan Frye, Mike Hodge, Jerry Midkiff and James Midkiff; and his great-niece Angela McComas. He is also survived by many great nieces, great-nephews, family, and friends.
Donations may be made in Damon's honor to the West Virginia Veterans Home, Barboursville, WV.
