With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Deborah Kay Greene (Huntington, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2025 at the age of 75. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Deborah leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Greene; her son Matthew Greene; her parents, Bessie Goldie Marie Smith (Whitmore) and Elijah Washington Smith; and her brothers, Larry Glenn Smith and Roger Gene Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Shannon Greene; her grandchildren, Jackson Greene and Macie Greene; her sister-in-law Jackie Smith; and her niece Connie Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crosspoint Community Church (4720 Waverly Rd, Huntington, WV 25704).
