"Mike" Lewis; her son Adam; her daughter-in-law Misty Lewis of Ashland; her daughter Katelyn Lewis of Huntington, WV; her grandchildren, Madison Graham and Landon Lewis; her siblings, Lou Ann Pennington of Boydton and Rusty; her sister-in-law Elaine Newell; her daughters, Kelsie (Tyler Goble) and Kathleen (Tyler Linville); her sister Cheryl Yates; her niece Sarah; and her nephew Alex Bledsoe of Canton, OH. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
