He is survived by: his wife Lana; his daughter Cecelia; his son-in-law Darrell Hite; his stepchildren, David Plybon, Pamela Brown and Pat Kasemsri; his sister Linda Leffle; his brother-in-law Tim Hager; and his close friend Jerry Crabtree. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
