He is survived by: his wife Patricia Journell; his children, Kelly Beltz of Huntington, WV and Rob Journell of Wheelersburg, OH; his grandchildren, Katelyn Beltz (Jackie), Brittney Beltz (Ian) and Kaycee Beltz (Kohl); his great grandchildren, Kody Alan Nichols and Isaac Zacariah Reed Tsai; his siblings, Carolyn Byrd Williamson of Proctorville, OH, Becky Plumley of Huntington, WV and Jeffrey Journell (Amy); his brother-in-law Terry Blevins (Brenda) of Barboursville, WV; and his pet Ollie.
