She is survived by: her children, Rick Fox of Huntington, WV, Suzette and Larry Eastham of Tustin, CA; her sister Jeanette Muth of South Point, OH; her grandchildren, Michael (Brandy), Steven Carter, Rachel Fox and Miriah Fox; her great grandchild Maripossa; and her sibling's children, David Muth, Jr. and Beverly Eden.
