She is survived by: her daughter Rae Ann; her son-in-law Grant Johnson; her grandchildren, Amy Frye (Rick), Jamie Adkins (David) and Rachel Johnson; her great grandchildren, Katey, Kasey Roach, Jakob, Kaleb Frye, Mollie and Natalie Saxton; her great great grandchildren, Owen Roach, Jordan Lovejoy, Asher Frye, Gradie and Oaklie Frye; Darla Eckhart.
The family appreciates flowers but would also encourage donations to Ceredo Church of Christ in Fay's honor.
