He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Quogana and Esperanza Morales Quodala; and his wife Violeta. He is survived by: his children, Rowena Quodala of New Albany, IN, Genaro Quodala, Jr. (Rosanne) of Winchester, VA and Vincent Quodala of Ranson, WV; his grandchildren, Jessica Higdon, Jon Higdon, Genaro Quodala III (Natasha), Leslie Quodala (Patrick Silver), Laurel Quodala, Violet Quodala and Marshall Quodala; and his sisters, Rosario Quodala Cala (Epifanion), Magdalena Quodala Reclusado (Saturnino) and Maria Quodala Susa.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (1427 Norway Ave, Huntington, WV 25705).
