He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Hart and Margaret Marikovics Hart. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Doyle Hart of Huntington, WV; his daughter Erin Hart of Charleston, WV; and his sisters, Judy DiBisceglie of Port St and Jeanne Budzinski of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
