She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie D Bias and Gladys N Carroll Bias; her husband Everett "Earl"; her sons, David Earl Muncy and Cecil David Muncy; and her brothers, Bill Carroll and David Lawrence Bias.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jenny L. Bias of Wayne, WV and Barbara Ann Petrosky of Mount Vernon, Ohio.; and her niece Annette Plybon McCloud of Lavalette, WV.
