She was predeceased by: her parents, Fisher H. Bailey and Cora Damron Bailey; her husband Gene Johnson; her sons, Dale Staley and Gene Alan Johnson; her siblings, Blanche Spurlock, Gladys Thacker and Howard Bailey; and her grandson Robby Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Mike Lewis), Lou Ann Pennington of Boydton, VA and William Russell; and her daughters-in-law, Elaine Newell of Wayne, WV and Brenda Johnson of Webbville, KY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
