He is survived by: his wife Deborah Miller Elkins; his children, Justin Elkins of Huntington and Stephanie Elkins of Huntington; his siblings, Jennifer Bryant (Tommy) of Ceredo, WV and Jeff Elkins (Christine) of Ona, WV; his stepchildren, Cheryl Green (Anthony) of Hurricane, WV, Brandi Tulloh (Brandon) of Sioux Falls, S. D. and David Mercer (Michelle) of Rochester, NY; and his pets, Spot, Brooks, Sparkles, Nativia Dunn and Aniyah Pursoo. He is also survived by several grandchildren, two nephews.
