He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Crockett and Sadie Aliff Crockett; and his siblings, Jeneva "Flo" Adkins, Ella Hensley, Fannie Hodges, Roger, Jack, Danny Estep, Andrew, William Henry, Davey, Billy Joe and Jesse Crockett.
He is survived by: his friend Laura Sutphin; and his siblings, Darlene Stephenson of Wayne, Lina Mae Estep of Arkansas, Margaret Ann Rakes (Harold) of Milton, W. Va, Vicky Queen of Interlachen, Fla., Betty Merritt (Anthony) of Wayne and James Crockett of Wayne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
