He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Watts and Carrie Watts. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hartlage Watts of Lavallette, WV; his daughters, Ellen Marie Boyles (Andrew) of Ashland, KY and Molly Lynn Kruel (Shaine) of Barboursville, WV; his sisters, Patti Morgan (Mitch) of Parkersburg, WV, Rebecca Lynn Capps of Mayflower, AR and Diana Bennett (Larry) of Houston, TX; his brother-in-law Steve Hartlage (Donna) of Portsmouth, OH; and his grandson Harvey Laine Kruel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a special life-long friend.
