He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Kinzel and Florence Voiers Kinzel; and his wife Wanda Bennett Kinzel. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Dunfee of Florence, Rebecca Hughes of Milton, WV, Scott Kinzel (Marsha) of Milton and Christopher Kinzel (Robin) of Jackson, OH.; his grandchildren, Kyle Dunfee (Tessa), Drew Dunfee (Stacey), Jenna Dunfee (Jacob), Jared Hughes (Whitney), Lauren Kinder (Branden), Cole Hughes (Mandy), Drake Kinzel (Nicole) and Kelsey Kinzel (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Emma Winkler, Ella Winkler, Olive Dunfee, Matthew Dunfee, Lincoln Dunfee, Amari Colis, Ariella Colis, Abby Kinder, Becca Kinder, Ashlyn Hughes, Zander Hughes, Everleigh Hughes, Keegan Kinzel, Lakey Kinzel, Bryden Nixon, Brynn Nixon and Tate McClure.
