James Marion Stephens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Marion Stephens (Huntington, West Virginia), who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Stephens and Idabelle Stephens; and his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry, Rodger, Michael, Bobby, Billy and Reedith; and his children, Wanda Weaver (Ron), Gerald (Bonnie), Jeff, Vicki Alvarez (Rick) and John. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and was cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home (924 20th St, Huntington, WV 25703). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Hezekiah Adkins Cemetery Fund.
