She was predeceased by: her parents, Ras Adkins and Myrtle Adkins (Chatterton); her son Jason Adkins; her grandson Brandon Paul Blevins; and her siblings, Burgess "Bug" Adkins, Arthur Lee Adkins, John Henry Adkins, Donna Collins and Bertha Mae Adkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Greenwood (Josh) of Huntington, WV and Jessica Rutherford (Ben) of Huntington, WV; her grandchildren, Jacob Blevins, Maranda Blevins, Alexis Black, Kingston Greenwood, Harlan Greenwood, Josh Greenwood, Austin Wray, Keenan Rutherford and Trenton Rutherford; her great grandchild Amelia Blevins; and her siblings, Pete Adkins, Larry Adkins, Faye Adkins, Rosie Wooten and Betty Lett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
