He is survived by: his wife Deanna Insco Carson; his children, John Scott Carson (Emily) and Vickie Jenkins (Kevin); his stepson Jeremy Bailey (Nicole); his grandchildren, Mary Jane, Ashley, Derreck, Michael and Ben; and his stepgrandchildren, Cloey and Grayson.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodmere Memorial Park (2701 Washington Blvd, Huntington, WV 25705).
