It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Michael Cooper of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Elizabeth Thompson and Charles Cooper; his sister Tina Cooper; his aunt Ruby Elaine Thompson; his uncles, Tony Thompson, Rocco Thompson, Brooky Thompson and Mike Stollings; and his daughter Erica Madison.
He is survived by: his wife Heather Kay Cooper; his children, Robert Cooper, Caressa Kay, Holly Madison and Elizabeth Cooper; his sisters, Inga Jane Harvey (Sam), Jennifer Jean Cooper (Kenny Cremeans), Kristal Goodpaster (Kevin) and Angela Hall; his uncle Morris Stollings; and his grandchildren, Liberty Kay, Justice Kaylee, Kara Aleah Kaylynn, Isabella Coup, Audry Cooper, Journee Clark and Brianna Lee Cooper-Herman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
