He is survived by: his children, Robin Sheffield of Raleigh, NC, Maurice Nowlin (Kim) of Columbus, OH, Andy Nowlin (Denise) of Columbus, OH and Dorothy Pannell (Huntington); his brothers, Russell Cochran (Huntington), Melvin (Corine) and Rodney Cochran (Huntington); his nephew Michael Johnson (Huntington); and his close friends, Ivory, Rosie Turner and Richard Sheffield. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, two great-grand children.
