He is survived by: his girlfriend Michelle Byers; his daughters, Destanee Carter Harmon (Dustin) and Alexis Grace Carter; his mother-in-law Theresa Evans; his brother Randy Carter; his uncle Keith Carter; and his cousin Anthony Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
