With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph V Horn (Huntington, West Virginia), who passed away on December 11, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Frank; and his daughter Francie Heyn-Dahly. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Netterman Horn; his children, Sara Garrett (Walt), Steve (Esther), Amy Rossio (Scott) and Lisa Cerrie (Mark); and his grandchildren, Megan (Mitch), Ryan (Katherine), Erin (Evan), Jamie (Zach), Rebecca, Sam, Adam, Carly (Darius) and Nicki (Chris). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to B'nai Sholom Temple or a charity of your choice.
