She was predeceased by : her parents, Gustav Olsen and Zelma Esther Wetzbarger Olsen; her husband Don Sullivan; and her brother Alfred Olsen. She is survived by : her family Brad Sullivan (Rhonda); her granddaughters, Stacy (Kevin) and Amanda (Cameron); her great grandchildren, Karson, Kipton, Kase, Klayton, Scout, Pike and Osborne; her brothers, Dwayne Olsen, Lyman Olsen and Arthur Olsen; and her caregivers, Sonja Adkins, Sara Withrow, Kathy Riggall, Amanda Ross, Patricia Watson and Melinda Rakes.
