He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Kelly and Nannie Mae Adkins Narramore. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Marie Webber of Clinton, TN and Haley Renae Hill of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Addison Rose Terry of Clinton, TN, Kylie May Terry of Clinton, TN and Brayson Matthew Oxley of Clinton, TN; his siblings, Beverly O'Dell (Michael Ray) of Huntington, WV, Anna Mae Berry (Donald) of Wayne, WV, Jackie Fortner (E. Jay) of Genoa, WV, Winford Cecil Narramore of Clinton, TN and Frederick Lee Hicks (Noriko Senshu) of Lavalette, WV; and his close friend Dennis Johnson (family: Richard Weston, Chris Porter). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to assist with final expenses.
