He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac "Ike" Stein and Estelle Stein; his siblings, Dale Stein, Gloria and Rose Stein; his wife Joyce Ann Stein; and his granddaughter Tiffani Young Dial.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Roquet (Greg) of Huntington, WV, Richard Kinkead (Amanda) of Staunton, VA, Scott Stein (Sherri) of Lancaster, SC and Mark Stein (Priscilla) of Blair, VA. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
