She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Lively and Nancy Elizabeth Matthews Lively; her husband Melzah Moore; and her siblings, Willis Lively, Troy Lively, Ruby Markwell and Lottie Schubert.

She is survived by: her children, Michele Endicott, James Endicott, Jr., Stephen Endicott, Richard Endicott (Debbie), Mercedes "Dee" Lapekes and Nancy Eunice Hartsog; and her caregiver Barbara Mullins.
