He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Williams and Mae Williams; and his siblings, Bill Williams, Lucille Halmagyi and Dottie Smallridge.

He is survived by: his wife Ruthie James Williams; his sons, Brent Williams (Sue) of Huntington and Bart William (Kim) of Tega Cay; his grandsons, Brent Michael Williams of Huntington, Brandon Williams and Benjamin Williams of South Carolina; his great grandchildren, Braxton Williams and Anslee Williams of Fort Mill; his stepgreat-grandson Benjamin Ramsey of Owensboro, KY.; his brothers, Dale Williams of Huntington and Bob Williams (Claire) of Florida; his children, Gil Watkins, Episcopal Priest and Angela Williams; Terry.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Lenny's memory to St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Huntington.
