She was predeceased by: her parents, Reba Waugh Sutphin Black and Shelby "Sheb" Black of Ona; and her siblings, Trelma Curtis, Onnahlene Gibson, Wretha Turner, Betty Ashworth, Sharon Black, Carmel Sutphin, Jr. and David Black.

She is survived by: her husband Bobby Inscoe, Sr.; her children, Herbert Inscoe Sr., Sheila Gwinn, Bobby "Ronnie" Inscoe Jr. (Connie), Charo Kirk (James) and Heather Black; her grandchildren, Bryan Inscoe, Mae Inscoe, Herbert Inscoe Jr., Bobby Gwinn, Candice Starks, Zachary Inscoe, Elijah Kirk and Jacob Kirk; and her sisters, Mary Jeffers, Natellia Hinkle and Lodeska Harper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
