She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Owens and Sharon Steel Owens. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Lewis of Huntington, WV; her daughter Megan Lewis of Huntington, WV; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Kenzie, Khloie and Kyler Lewis; and her pet Precious.
