He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Burch and Francis Agnes Hill Mooney; and his siblings, Carl Thomas Mooney and Ida Ellen Mooney. He is survived by: his children, Maryanna House (David) and Micheal Mooney, II (Tresa); his grandchildren, Matthew Walker, Hunter Mason and Amy Mooney; and his siblings, Nick Mooney, Mary Turner, Vivian Cornell and Sarah Hart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
