He is survived by: his children, Giavanna Larsen of Antioch and Michael Patrick Larsen Jr. of Ceredo; his parents, Tom Larsen and Sheila Larsen of Flatwoods, Kentucky; his sisters, Amy Larsen (Heather) of Ceredo and Ellie Scott (Ryan) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; his niece Alexia Scott of Worthington, Kentucky; his nephews, Zachary Scott of Kingston and Benjamin Scott of Flatwoods, Kentucky.; and his close friend Reva Ury.
