She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Tamela Riggs; her daughter Lora Billups; her grandchildren, Emily Billups, Andrew Riggs, Kathryn Riggs and Jenna Billups; her sister Margaret Kizzee; her brother-in-law Willie Milam; and her caregivers, Tammy Ward and Karen Sammons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Nancy's name to the Good Samaritan Center in Kenova.
