It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Christine Wilburn of Huntington, West Virginia, born in Vulcan, West Virginia, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford L. Estep and Mildred Bennett Estep; her husband George E. Wilburn; her son Robert E. Casebolt, II; her grandson Robert E. Casebolt, III; and her siblings, Peter Estep and Ruby Dotson.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan C.; her son-in-law Chuck Eastham of Ceredo, WV; her sister Rosalie; her brother-in-law Rodney Thompson of Wayne, WV; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Casebolt of Huntington, Ryan Eastham (Sarah) of Cannonsburg, KY, Patrick Eastham (Jessica) of Wayne and Griffen Eastham (Ellie Eastham) of Huntington. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Seventh Avenue Baptist Church.
