Opal Marie Ray Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Marie Ray of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Shepherd and Marie Eastham Shepherd; and her siblings, Roy, John, Ellis Shepherd and Wanda Carico.
She is survived by: her children, Les Ray (Tammy), John Ray (Jackie), Matthew Ray, Vickie Ray (Suzanne) and Marsha Adkins (Terry); her grandchildren, Ben, Brandon Ray, Nathan, Nick Adkins, Hannah Ray Rowe and Grace Ray; her great grandchildren, Braylee, Goldie Adkins, Penni Parker and Stevie Ray; and her grandchildren, Audrey Adkins, Zander Gwinn and Colton Ray. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers we request donations be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington.
