He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Sullivan; his children, Angelique Rater (Ollie) of Monroe, OR, Jason Sullivan (Heather) of Rancho Cordova, CA, Maranda Linville (Jason) of Veneta, OR and Christian Sullivan of Huntington, WV; his siblings, Bill Sullivan of Vevay, IN, Cherie Crites (Mike) of Modac, CA and Cindy Strieff (Randy) of Redding, CA; his grandchildren, Amber Davis (Zac), Austin Dalton (Cecilia), Victoria Thorton, Gavin Sullivan, Kaycee Rater, Karissa Sullivan and Bridgette Linville; and his great grandchildren, Kensley Dalton, Collins Davis, Haven Thorton and Hudson Thorton.
