Paul Lawrence Cooper Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Lawrence Cooper of Huntington, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cooper and Carmelia Tipane Cooper; his daughter Kelly Christina; and his brothers, David and Christopher Cooper.

He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth "Ken" Cooper and Andrew "Andy" Cooper; his daughter-in-law Kristina Barr-Cooper; his daughter Andrea; his son-in-law Curtis Sanders; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Elizabeth, Brianna Grace, Bailey Henley, Kendall and Isaiah Sanders; and his siblings, William Cooper, Mary Cooper Sowards and Jane Anne Cooper (Catherine Swann).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Fatima Catholic Church (545 Norway Ave, Huntington, WV 25705). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (1427 Norway Ave, Huntington, WV 25705).
