He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Booth and Emma Jane Moore Booth. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Booth; his sons, Paul Michael Booth and David Mitchel Booth; his siblings, William, Craig, Barry, Adrian, Jeff Booth and Lucy Stephens; and his close friend Dave Reinhold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
