With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Brammer of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on September 8, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Brammer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Brammer and Julia Brammer; and his brother Michael Brammer. He is survived by: his wife Camilla; his sons, Brian and Sean (Allison); and his grandchildren, Megan, Carter, Hannah, Joshua and Caleb.

A visitation will be held Saturday 6 to 8 p. m. September 19 at Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary, with masks and social distancing observed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Dick Brammer Youth Baseball Foundation, c/o Bailes, Craig and Yon Law Firm, PO Box 1926, Huntington, WV 25720-1926.

“Richard was a beloved classmate. We are so sorry to hear of his death. Richard was not in our classes at South Point High school but for the past few years he was an honorary member of our class of 58. He was welcomed at our annual class picnics and we really enjoyed reminiscing about our school days at South Point high school. Richard was also in the band at South Point and we also talked about his military career as a marine. So much love for his family and once again we are very sorry .”
