He was predeceased by: his parents, O. B. Evans and Jeanette Midkiff Evans; his wife Janice Lee Evans; and his brother-in-law Richard L. Midkiff. He is survived by: his son Matthew Evans; his grandchildren, Hannah and Robbie Evans; his sister Judy Midkiff; his niece Amy Hobbs; and his close friends, Charlie, Debbie Davis, Kevin, Silkie Adkins, Tim and Elizabeth Murphy.
