He is survived by: his daughter Brooklyn (Trevon); his siblings, Gary (Joni), Lisa Mathis and Teresa Atkins (Chase); his mother Rose Holley; his half-sister Kimberly Holley; and his siblings' children, Brandon Duckworth, Madison Atkins (Trent), Katelin Holley, Malachai Atkins (Ally) and Logan Waller.
